Do I need to be home during every cleaning service?

No, it’s not necessary. Our services are performed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and most of our clients are not home during that time.
Many customers choose to provide access through a lockbox, garage code, or spare key, allowing us to clean their home safely and efficiently.

Why is the first cleaning more expensive than recurring services?

For first-time clients, we recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. This initial service allows our team to address built-up dirt and areas that haven’t been regularly maintained.
Once that foundation is established, recurring cleanings require less time and effort, which is why ongoing services are more affordable.

Is it okay if I have pets at home during the cleaning?

Absolutely. We are a pet-friendly company.
For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that aggressive or anxious animals be secured in a separate area. If you won’t be home, please let us know how you’d like us to work around your pet.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Klean & Co. provides all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment needed for each service.
If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know in advance and we’ll gladly accommodate whenever possible.

Do your cleaners accept tips?

Tips are never required but always appreciated.
Some clients prefer to tip per visit, while others choose to do so occasionally or at the end of the year.
Leaving a review on Google or other platforms is another great way to support our business.

Do I need to give you a key?

Providing a key is optional. For security reasons, we recommend using a lockbox whenever possible. This allows our team to access your home, complete the service, and secure everything properly once finished.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice any missed areas, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.
We’ll return to address the issue at no additional cost. Our goal is to earn your trust, long-term business, and positive feedback.
